宇陀市には有機農場がたくさんありますが、そのなかでも榛原栗谷の陽光ファーム21では、平飼いの生みたて卵や鴨肉が買えて、レストランも併設されています。お米とお野菜は会員になって申し込むようです。下の写真の大きな屋根は鶏舎の建物です。
農園レストランNODOKARIのランチはこんなでした。写真のはカモ鉄板焼き。野菜の串あげ、自家農園の卵でつくったプリン、飲み物つき。サラダ、ごはん、みそ汁はおかわり自由。 かも鍋もおいしかったです。（前日までに要予約）
ディナーもとっても豪華でおいしい・・と知人に教えてもらいました。

There are many organic farms in Uda-city. Yoko-farm 21 is one of them. They sell fresh organic eggs and duck meat at their headquarters located in Haibara-Kuridani. Their rice and vegetables are for members only. They also run a organic restaurant adjacent to the headquarters. Duck meat dishes are their specialties. I had duck meat steak lunch the other day. It was delicious. The steak came with grilled vegetable, fried breaded vegetable, salad, rice, miso-soup, coffee/tea, and custard pudding made from their farm fresh eggs. They have free transportation service for dinner guests from Haibara-station or other surrounded areas.
