またまたいただいたユズで、今回は砂糖漬けとケーキをつくってみました。
ご近所の方から砂糖漬けのつくりかたを教わり、簡単なのにおいしくてびっくり！
おからケーキにまぜて焼いたら、ほんのり良い香りのすてきなおやつになりました。

I got fresh yuzu from my neighbor again. This time, I candied them and baked cake. A farmer lady taught me how to candy yuzu. It's a very simple recipe but very delicious! I mixed it in the dough of okara-cake. It came out great with the nice aroma of yuzu.
ケーキの粉は国産の薄力粉を使用。
